Significance of Appreciation: Best Dressed Male Celebrities (Part 1)

What do you feel when somebody recognizes you and pause for a while by just saying, “You look good with your get up and look even younger”?  Is it not nice which energy becomes contagious when you reach your office?  You feel good which encourages you to be more persevering with efficiency in your commitment, aren’t you?

However, when someone ridicules you with contempt , it’s as if everyone around you is your enemy.  You tend to be irritable even in small matters.

In short, we need recognition.  Everybody needs affirmation. All desire appreciation.

In a worldwide research conducted by Towers Watson, the only  highest commitment booster in the workplace is the genuine interest of the managers to the well-being of their employees.

Sad to say but we’re found on the opposite side being more expressive on corrosive commentary than appreciation which causes a feeling of being devalued to the offended.

Accordingly, employees who experience unjustly criticism by their immediate superior has 30 percent higher rate of coronary ailment than the ones treated equitably.

So by next time, be appreciative of people around you whether they’re your neighbor, colleagues, friends or loved ones, as the Scripture says, “From the fruit of his words a man has his fill of good things, and the work of his hands comes back to reward him.” (Proverbs12:14)In other instances, it is also said, “Pleasing words are a honeycomb, sweet to the taste and healthful to the body.” (Proverbs 16:24)
